    Балкон с видом на горы - определенно то, чего не хватало в моей жизни. Хозяева воспитанные, кухня пригодная для серьезных гастрономических подвигов. Вернулись после похода, моя сумка была на месте – доверие оправдано. Ванные комнаты достаточно свободны, Wi-Fi чуток капризничал, но для соцсетей сгодится. Впечатления в целом положительные.

    Тишина? Забудьте. Вместо горных пейзажей через окно - строительный шум. Гостеприимство владельцев в вопросах раннего выезда не спорю, но отдых явно испорчен. Простыни чистые, но кто их оценит, когда на улице грохот? Релакс требует другой локации.

    Трудно найти что-то более умиротворяющее, чем утреннее кофе с балкона, с видом на горные вершины.

    После долгих поисков и сравнений решил остановиться здесь, и не пожалел ни на минуту. Локация просто отличная — всё необходимое под рукой. Отличное соотношение цена-качество, выбор абсолютно оправдан. Рекомендую!

    The location is a 10-12 minute walk from the center, situated in a peaceful area. The hosts are welcoming. The balcony offers a stunning view. The room is roomy, and the Wi-Fi is good enough for emails but struggles with video calls. The kitchen is well-equipped. Laundry can be done for 5 GEL in the machine. With two bathrooms, there was never a wait. I left my bag while hiking and easily returned for another stay. It’s a comfortable place with convenient access to all facilities and very affordable.

    The room was decent with clean sheets on the bed. It was relatively tidy. There's a kitchen and a fridge, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the center. But in early August 2023, there was a lot of noise from construction right next door. It's manageable if you're busy and out all day, but not ideal for resting. Thankfully, the owners were kind enough to let us check out earlier than planned.

    As others have noted, it's a bit tricky to locate, but the lady in charge is friendly, and they seem open to spontaneous guests, which is convenient for those just passing through. The rooms are good value for the cost, and there's a lovely balcony that offers a fantastic view of the mountains.
