Редкость, когда лифт становится не просто средством передвижения, а настоящим испытанием терпения. Кажется, будто ты участвуешь в марафоне ожидания на 15 этаже. Вместо ожидаемого комфорта получаешь заряд негативных эмоций. Стоит ли жертвовать временем и нервами? Наверное, стоит присмотреться к другим вариантам.

The service here is absolutely terrible! We were supposed to check in at 12:00, but the room wasn't ready. They said they would let us know when it was available. We were okay with waiting because we understand it can get crowded. But even after 2 hours, the room was still not ready, and we ended up waiting over 4 hours. On top of that, we had booked a room with breakfast, but due to some error, they said we couldn't have it and offered nothing to compensate—not even a discount. The elevator system is awful too; it took almost 20 minutes to get down from the 15th floor. We had to call multiple times just to reach the owner for our room. Outside the hotel, other owners were asking what price we paid, laughed at us, and said that's why the owner doesn't answer calls. They even asked for 100€ more and offered a room. It's insane. We canceled and found a much nicer room with a sea view elsewhere for less money. Truly a 0/10 experience!
