Lado Museliani Museum of Local Lore in Lentekhi is a unique exhibition located in a watchtower made in the traditional Svaneti style. Visitors to the museum can view a rich collection of archaeological finds from the Lechkhumi region, most of which date back to the Bronze Age. The exhibition also includes church ritual objects of the 11th-12th centuries and handwritten prayers of the 17th-18th centuries.
One of the features of the museum is the ethnographic collection presented in Machubi - a typical Svan residential building, which allows visitors to better understand the life and traditions of Lower Svaneti. Заброшенные в прошлое залы этого места каждый раз уносят в мир тихих историй и неожиданных находок. Тесные пространства завораживают, создавая чувство, будто каждый уголок шепчет свои тайны. Однако бывает, что информация на экспонатах слегка устарела, и хочется большего интерактива. Но задумчивые виды из окон башни компенсируют мелкие недочеты, оставляя легкий налет очарования.
