This hotel is fantastic, set in a stunning location. The view from the room on the 11th floor is breathtaking, combining mountains and the sea. The hotel staff has changed since my last visit, and now the management is top-notch. Our room (1105) was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it suitable for families with children. The beach is lovely, with options like SUP and a sauna, plus a gorgeous rooftop pool. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in a peaceful, green area away from city hustle.

The hotel is excellent. The location is unbeatable. The design is superb. The food at the restaurant was delightful.

Берег Чёрного моря, минутная прогулка до воды, и ощущение полного расслабления. Номера с потрясающими видами — просто сказка. Особенно радовали тёплые, внимательные сотрудники, которые всегда готовы помочь. Маленькие недочёты быстро устранялись, что добавляет до комфортного проживания. Однозначно рекомендую для отдыха!

Панорама на море радует глаз, но внутри не так радужно. Вода ведет себя как капризная дива — то есть, то нет. Ванна с мелкими сюрпризами, а про чистоту лучше и не спрашивать. Шумят здесь сверх всякой меры и, похоже, это никого особо не напрягает. Ощущение, что за сервисный подход тут еще предстоит побороться.

Невероятные ощущения от каждого момента! Вид на море — словно открытка перед глазами. Приветливость сотрудников — отдельное удовольствия. Просторные и уютные номера, где всё сделано для удобства. Чистота на высшем уровне! Благодаря таким местам возрождается желание снова вернуться. Ставлю безоговорочные пять звёзд! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food here is incredibly tasty. Tata and Nata are such kind and helpful girls, truly delightful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Stay away from this place. It's more of an apart hotel and a really poor one at that. The room we got had dirty bed sheets, and we were freezing because the sheets barely covered us. Everything was in bad condition. The staff was rude, especially the girl handling reservations who was very impolite and wore a bikini under her clothes, which is totally unprofessional. No staff member wore a uniform. The breakfast was a disaster — literally nothing to eat. No milk, no fruits, no juices, just boiled eggs, one type of cheese, and toast. They charge 365 GEL per night, which is about 135 dollars. For that price, you could easily stay at a five-star hotel.

1. Вид на море.

Минусы:
1. Частые отключения воды. Можешь стоять весь намыленный и час ждать, пока её включат. Никто ничего не делает. Хозяйка на букинге тоже не заботится.
2. В номере грязно. В унитазе к нашему приезду были неприятные "сюрпризы", плохо смыто.
3. В комнате муравьи.
4. Постельное бельё не подходит по размеру ни к матрасу, ни к одеялу.
5. Есть средство для мытья посуды, но губки нет. Вся посуда с пятнами от подтёков.
6. Вода в душе не уходит.
7. Букинг пишет, что после 23:00 нельзя шуметь, это отель для семей. Но в ночь с 10 на 11 августа местные кричали до 4 утра. Администрации всё равно.
8. Wi-Fi ужасный, фильм не посмотришь.
9. Нет стиральной машины, хотя место есть, и есть сушилка на балконе.
10. Работа прачечной не регламентирована ни по времени, ни по цене. Прайса нет.
11. За время проживания проблемы с водой были 5 раз. То отсутствует, то льётся только горячая, то только холодная.
12. Вишенка на торте — отношение хозяйки на букинге. Она свалила всё на ресепшен. Хотя номер был забронирован у неё. Поздний выезд не организовали, хотя обещали в личной переписке.

P.S. Если хотите сберечь нервы и не испортить отдых, не останавливайтесь здесь.

I'm currently staying at this hotel and already paid for 3 nights. I'm surprised by the poor service. The rooms are very small, and sometimes the electricity goes out randomly. There is only one large bed for two people. The rest is just a couch in the living room, and I'm not sure if it even turns into a bed. Overall, it's a bad experience. The only good thing about this place is that it's right on the beach.

We were given awful apartments. The bathroom was filthy and covered in mold. The shower had a dirty mop and broom left inside. In the bedrooms, there wasn't enough room to fit even the smallest suitcase, making it impossible to move around. The curtains were stained, and the bed linens were covered in pills, making sleep impossible. The kitchen had broken drawers and a dirty puddle under the sink due to constant leaks, flooding the floor if you went in once an hour. The balcony was filthy, and the view from the third floor was of a restaurant's backyard under construction. The internet wasn't paid for and didn’t work. These were our impressions on the first day. On day two, the electricity was out from early morning until noon. Nothing worked, and the generator's smell made it hard to breathe, only powering the elevator and the lobby. The restaurant was closed. Breakfast consisted of two greasy fried eggs, bread, a piece of terrible sausage, and two glasses of juice for four people. No coffee, tea, or other options were available. They promised restaurant breakfasts from the second day, but that never happened. We refused the breakfasts, and they promised a refund, but it never came. They just ignored us and didn't return the money. They moved us to the apartment I actually booked on the second day. Cleaning was offered only once in six days and only upon request. At 10 PM, two girls came to change bed linens and towels but didn’t bother to take out the trash. That was all the cleaning we got. The floors were dirty, with dust and everything else. This was the worst, most horrible living experience. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Недостатки: высокая стоимость коммунальных услуг, зимой холодно и дорого, частые отключения электричества, отсутствуют крупные магазины поблизости. 💕

Прекрасный отель. Вид из номера потрясающий. До моря всего минута пешком. На крыше расположен отличный бассейн в хорошем состоянии. Огромный плюс — на ресепшене выдают полотенца для пляжа. В отеле трудятся замечательные люди, готовые всегда помочь и подсказать. Были небольшие недочеты в номере, все быстро устранили. Рекомендую.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, with an incredible view. However, the cafe is terrible. They make you wait 40 minutes for French fries, vegetables, and cornbread, and then you see the cook touching the cornbread with the same hands he just used to touch his hair. They have zero understanding of service. Very disappointed. The hotel staff, on the other hand, are very friendly and approachable.

Я много где бывала, но такого отвратительного обслуживания ещё не встречала. Даже в маленьких городках Молдовы сервис лучше, чем здесь. Оно и понятно. О каких стандартах можно говорить, если самому владельцу эти слова незнакомы? Похоже, он никогда не покидал пределы своего гостиничного комплекса.

This hotel is nice and clean, offering a stunning view from the terrace and a pool on the rooftop. I’m rating it slightly lower because there's no room service, and parking is a bit of a joke. There are no spaces, yet they charge extra for parking. The hot water in the bathroom could be better. The restaurant serves good Georgian food, but the staff takes too long to bring your order — though that seems to be a common issue in this country’s restaurants. Despite these small issues, I plan to return next year. If you want to wake up to the sound of the sea in a clean room, this place is worth considering.

Не уверена насчет отеля, но кафе у них просто ужасное! Меню обещает одно, а приносят совершенно другое. Еда вообще несъедобная. Администратор ведет себя крайне грубо!

Ситуация такая же, как у Irini Potigovoi. Сели на летней веранде, ждали полчаса, даже меню не принесли. Обслуживали только один стол, и его обслуживали. Желания оставаться не осталось. Ушли. Руководству стоит пересмотреть своих сотрудников.

Еда в кафе на побережье очень вкусная! Мясо невероятно нежное💕 Живая музыка добавляет особую атмосферу, девушка поёт прекрасно! Спасибо за доброжелательный персонал!

Aunque no he visitado el hotel, tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar del restaurante y fue impresionante. Las porciones son generosas y la comida, exquisita. Las vistas desde allí son simplemente alucinantes. Vale la pena subir a comer. La única pega es que el servicio de cocina es un poco lento, pero es comprensible, ya que todo parece ser artesanal y hecho en casa.
