The veterinarian seems to lack knowledge about canine illnesses. Despite claiming extensive experience, we unfortunately wasted our money at a subpar establishment.

Полный беспорядок. Обследование сделали плохо, зато деньги получили. Пересдавать отказываются. Цены запредельные, сотрудники ведут себя так, будто альтернатив нет. Категорически не рекомендую. Нет ни сервиса, ни качественного обслуживания.

Необоснованно высокие цены и ужасное отношение к животным. Время ожидания слишком долгое, а результат оставляет желать лучшего. Сервис абсолютно не соответствует заявленным стандартам.

The prices were considerably higher compared to other veterinary clinics. The treatment provided was questionable.

Initially, the service was terrible, and it was unclear why so many employees and elderly people were in the examination room. It felt more like a prison than a veterinary clinic. After vaccinating the dog, I realized the vaccine was four months expired, and I witnessed the distressing sight of a dead dog in a plastic bag on the floor. Nobody seemed to care, and when I raised concerns about the expired vaccine, they refused to issue a refund. There was a rude girl claiming to be the clinic’s lawyer who lied and made threats against me. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this place; be cautious.

An unqualified specialist seems to guess when making diagnoses. Go there only if it's absolutely necessary and just for tests or x-rays.

The specialist seems to have some skills and initially makes a decent impression. However, due to either poor organization or being overwhelmed, communication is lacking and becomes unfriendly over time. Our cat needed a blood test, and because the assistant didn't hold her securely, the cat moved slightly. Instead of securing her, the specialist sedated her, despite knowing she was already weak. During the sedation, the cat vomited everything out. No infusion was provided, nor were any useful tips. As a result, the cat was completely apathetic for 26 hours, and we were terrified for her life. When we called the clinic, we overheard him yelling at the receptionist. This did not ease our concerns. The condition of boarding cats at the clinic was also poor. They were sitting in their own waste and looked very unhealthy. Despite having three assistants always present, no one paid attention to them.
