It was an awful experience. Even though I had a reservation through a hotel portal, they claimed to have no record of it. No one there spoke English, and even in written messages, they only used Georgian. They listed vacancies online, but when I got there, they told me everything was full. I ended up having to find another place. They offered a room in the neighborhood, but it cost three times more, and I had to pay for a room meant for three people because it was peak season. That's exactly why I booked in advance! I resorted to staying in cafes instead. Maybe the rooms are nice, but I wouldn't know. Unless you speak Georgian and are lucky enough to find a room (since they don't seem to update their availability online), staying there might be possible. I'm not sure it's worth the effort though.
