    Тихий оазис в Кобулети. Там внутри уютно и зелено. Во дворе приятно сидеть вечерами, воздух чистый, тишина. Рядом магазины и кафе. Только кое-где в доме запахи не очень, но это терпимо. Цена приемлемая, соотношение цена-качество хорошее. Обязательно вернусь.
