Методология рейтингов «Транспортные услуги»
The “Transport Services” category brings together rankings of services and infrastructure that help you get around Georgia, service vehicles, and handle urgent tasks on the road. The methodology is based on the general principles of the Madloba system and adapted to the specifics of the transport segment: service geography, seasonality, and differences in usage scenarios.
What objects are included in the “Transport Services” category
The category includes transport services and infrastructure facilities presented in open sources and meeting the requirements for data accuracy.
Considered:
- car rental and hire companies;
- towing and roadside assistance services;
- service stations, auto repair shops, and technical maintenance stations;
- stations and transport hubs;
- water excursion services (yachts and boats) in regions where this is relevant.
To participate in the rankings, the card must contain up-to-date contacts, address (or service area), opening hours, and a clear description of services. Objects without stable public data may not be included until sufficient information becomes available.

Public sources and external signals
When forming rankings for the transport category, only open and publicly available data is used. The main source of reviews and basic information about companies is public listings (including Google Maps). Additionally, data from relevant directories and open sources is taken into account, as well as information posted on the official pages of the companies.
Reviews are analyzed in RU / EN / KA to account for different audiences — tourists and local residents.

Transport services depend on geography, season, and the user scenario. For some services, comfort and choice are important (for example, car rental), while for others — speed and availability (tow trucks, service stations). Therefore, the analysis takes into account the specifics of the segment.

How rating discrepancies are handled
In the transport category, ratings across different platforms may vary: users have different expectations and scenarios (planned rental, urgent towing, repairs). Therefore, when forming rankings, a combination of independent signals is taken into account.
