    A simple guest house with elderly owners, and it's quite affordable at 25 GEL per night. It's conveniently located near the center of Gurjaani, yet still offers a peaceful setting away from the main road, with windows opening to the garden. However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The old lady is responsible for cleaning, but unfortunately, it shows lack of thoroughness. The bathroom is dirty and has an unpleasant smell, with hair scattered all over the carpet. Everything seems partly broken, and there are personal items in the room's cupboards. Some light bulbs don't work. You essentially get what you pay for, which isn't much. You are made to feel like a barely tolerated guest rather than a paying customer.
