Restaurant "Mix"

The local Georgian dishes here are absolutely delicious, 10/10. The portion sizes are just right, offering great value for money, also a 10/10. The staff's hospitality is exceptional, another 10/10. It gets really busy during lunch and dinner hours. To secure a table, aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your preferred dining time. For instance, if you want to eat at 8, try to be there at least 20 minutes early. This advice comes from our experience throughout the week we spent at the ski resort.

The food was terrible. The chihirtma tasted like a cheap instant soup. The chkemruli was drenched in mayonnaise. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

מקום נהדר עם אוכל מאוד טעים. חזרנו לכאן שלוש פעמים כי היינו מאוד מרוצים. באחד הימים היה משחק כדורגל וקיבלנו שעשועים ופופקורן בחינם.

A wonderful local spot run by a family. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Отличное место с настоящей грузинской кухней. Приезжайте сюда в первую очередь и возвращайтесь как можно чаще. Грибы на кеце, харчо, борщ — просто великолепны. А вот шашлык из курицы и свинины, хачапури по-аджарски — это просто восторг. Цены радуют. Можно прийти со своим алкоголем 😉.

Visited with a large group and loved it! The food and service were outstanding! Definitely recommend, it's the best place to eat in Gudauri!

The kharcho was excellent, highly recommended. The Ostri and Lobiani were also very delicious! The Lobiani came out fresh from the oven. The only letdown was the mushroom soup, which turned out to be a simple vegetable soup with a few mushroom slices (maybe it was a whole mushroom together...). Also, there was no ice for the coke.

Место довольно милое, в чем-то напоминает столовую, но с улучшенным сервисом. Официанты вежливые, выбор блюд небольшой, но разнообразный. Любители грузинской кухни найдут что-то по вкусу. Мне понравился хачапури по-аджарски, хотя сыр показался немного творожным, возможно, это такая разновидность. Хинкали не произвели впечатления – тесто оказалось грубоватым, а баранина в начинке — жестковатой. Думаю, с другим мясом они тут лучше.

The food here is really good. Once, the place was filled with smoke, so you might end up smelling like khachapuri 😜. But you absolutely must try the khachapuri here!

Without a doubt, it's the top spot for dining in Gudauri.

Одно из самых аппетитных мест в Гудаури. Отличный сервис и еда. Попробовали почти все позиции в меню, приходили каждый день на протяжении шести дней с друзьями. Всем очень понравилось. Цены демократичные. אחלה מקום, אכלנו עם קבוצת חברים במשך שישה ימים, כמעט כל יום ניסינו כל מנות שיש בתפריט. כולם נהנו, היה טעים גם יין וגם צ'צ'ה מחירים טובים יחסית לאזור.

Потрясающе! Борщ просто супер! Обязательно попробуйте хинкали с бараниной — это что-то невероятное! Да, они могут не совсем походить на традиционные хинкали, НО на вкус они намного лучше, без сомнений! Повар заслужил Оскар!

The staff was welcoming, the food was delicious, and the decor relaxed. The beans on board were especially tasty.

Отличный шашлык, вкусные хачапури, аппетитные хинкали и свежий грузинский салат. Очень гостеприимные ребята.

Барбекю было неплохим, но вот хачапури… просто ужас. Сыр в нём оказался кислым и совершенно несолёным. Корочка хлеба снаружи была хрустящей и мягкой, но внутри это просто сырое тесто (нет, это был не сыр).

excellent Georgian food :)

Я второй год приезжаю в Гудаури и всегда ем в этом месте. Здесь всегда есть свободные столики, еда вкусная и напоминает домашнюю. Цены ниже, чем в других заведениях поблизости. Хозяин всегда встречает гостей лично и интересуется, как прошло время.

This hidden gem, tucked away from the more tourist-heavy spots, quickly became our top choice in New Gudauri. We couldn't resist coming back for the Ostri and Pork Ojakhuri, not to mention the genuinely warm welcome from the staff. The place has a cozy local vibe, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other eateries nearby (about 25-27 Lari for a main dish and 6 Lari for a glass of wine).

I absolutely recommend this spot for its tasty food and uplifting vibe :) The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home, and the atmosphere is nice and cosy.

Bardzo przyjazna obsługa. Dania niestety nie pojawiły się w poprawnej kolejności, jednak wszystko było na plus. Polecam.

Ресторан "Mix" в поселке Гудаури оказался полным разочарованием для меня. Ни одно блюдо, которое я попробовала, не оправдало моих ожиданий, и общее качество еды было низким.
