Несмотря на подтверждение брони без права отмены, оказалось, что места нет. В ответ на попытки связаться — отговорки виноватого администратора и отсутствие пароля от букинга. Пожалуй, такую нервотрёпку никто не захочет испытать.

    Никогда не бронируйте жильё по этому адресу. Мы забронировали его на booking.com (адрес 107 Rustaveli Street, Боржоми, 1200, Грузия). Перед заездом я связалась с ними, но никто не ответил. Писала в WhatsApp, видела, что человек онлайн. В ответ получила: "Мы вас не разместим, нет мест". Спрашиваю, как так, ведь ночь назад бронь была подтверждена без возможности отмены? В ответ — непонятные оправдания, мол, мест нет, виноват booking, и я не хозяин, а хозяин с другим номером, звоните ему. Звоним, а он начинает юлить, что его помощница что-то напутала. Попросили снять бронь. На это ответили потерей пароля от booking, и что позже напишут, но больше на звонки не отвечали. Служба поддержки booking тоже недоступна. Бессовестные люди, позорящие свою страну. Стыд и позор.
