The most beautiful waterfalls that can be found in Georgia. Visit the Muhura Waterfall.
Muhura Waterfall is special in that it is a three-stage waterfall with a height of seventy meters. The waterfall pours out of the cave, in which there are two lakes – a small and a large one. There are a huge number of forests, rare plants, and a variety of fauna around the waterfall. The waterfall is mandatory to visit.
The three-stage Mukhursky waterfall with a height of 60-70 meters pours out of a cave located on the eastern slope of the exposition. There are two lakes in the cave – one large and one small.
The shores of the waterfall are covered with mixed broad-leaved forests. Different species of endemic animals live here. The waterfall is surrounded by groves of Caucasian boxwood.
The Mukhuri Waterfall is a basin of the 25-meter Dzusa River. The river flows through the municipalities of Tkibuli, Terjola and Zestafoni and is a right tributary of the Cholaburi River. The Dzusa originates on the southern slope of the Rachinsky ridge.
One kilometer from the Mukhursky waterfall is the village of Mukhuri, the center of which is at an altitude of 640 km above sea level. There is a source of mineral water in the village.

The nearest settlement to the natural monument is the city of Tkibuli; the distance from Tbilisi is 244 km, from Kutaisi – 77 km, from Tkibuli to the Mukhuri waterfall – 8.5 km.
