View of Lake Abudelauri in Khevsureti

White Lake is located in Khevsureti, above the village of Rozhka, almost under the Chaukh Mountains. According to legend, it was in this lake that the last giant Dev hid from the hero chasing him. Jahsar, who was chasing him, threw a whip at him, and she broke off part of the rock and tore out Dev's eye. Soon a crevice formed in the rock, and Dev without one eye quietly hid at the bottom of this lake. The pursuer climbed into the lake and killed the giant, but he could not get out himself, since the Deva's blood was all over the lake. This continued until the locals drained the blood of a black-horned sheep with four ears.

In addition to its rich history, this lake is famous for its incredible beauty. The place is of interest to tourists, so tours and excursions are often organized here. Nature lovers should definitely visit this place, it will not leave anyone indifferent.
