The sad beauty of the princely Chavchavadze House-Museum, the sights of Georgia in Tsinandali.
The interiors of the XIX century have been restored to the maximum in the Chavchavadze house-museum - when visiting, tourists are completely immersed in the atmosphere of that time. In the basement of the building – there are tastings of Kakhetian wines, a new sound to the taste of which was given by the indefatigable Chavchavadze family...
Alexander Chavchavadze's house was built in 1888. Its area is 700 square meters. Materials written by the author are stored here, which tell visitors about his life, tastes and character.
In 1830, the writer laid out a park that covers an area of 18 hectares. Unique species of various plants grow here, as well as exotic crops brought here from other countries.
In 1835, one of the very first wine cellars of the country was built here, which stores about 16,500 thousand bottles of wine produced in different countries of the world.
The museum's work schedule: every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
