    Настроение сразу поднялось, как только я вошел в это место. Здесь чувствуется особая атмосфера — смесь дисциплины и дружелюбия. Тренировки интенсивные, но при этом поднимают дух. Техника преподавания на уровне, чувствуется, что здесь работают профессионалы. Абонемент более чем доступен, учитывая разнообразие занятий. Лично меня зацепило сочетание дзюдо и самбо — редкое удовольствие найти такое в одном месте. Уходишь с тренировки усталым, но с прекрасным ощущением выполненного долга и зарядом энергии. Рекомендую каждому, кто любит спорт и хочет испытать что-то новое.
