В выходные может быть большая посещаемость. Рекомендую уточнить заранее, подогревается ли вода в открытом бассейне, поскольку это единственный крупный бассейн.

Wonderful experience at a SPA hotel! All the staff were polite and responsive, especially the administrator Maya - a very nice girl who showed and explained everything in detail in Russian. My comprehensive full body massage and salt peeling left an incredibly positive impression and exceeded all expectations. Special respect to the masseuse Maiko - a true professional with strong hands! The next day I felt strength comparable to post-workout, which emphasizes the effectiveness of the procedures. The complex itself is always clean and cozy, with a pleasant aroma; the locker rooms provide all the necessary products, including deodorants and personal hygiene items. The pool does not have a chlorine smell, which is an important factor for me given the problems with this in most hotels. I will definitely visit this spa complex again and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you very much!

Я был очень разочарован гостиницей Explore Spa. Они предлагают абонементы на СПА-зону, стоимость одного абонемента для взрослого составляет 450 лари в месяц (примерно 173 доллара). Однако, они решили закрыть половину СПА-зоны для ремонта, и именно ту часть, на которую мы приобрели абонемент - бассейн и сауны. Первоначально нам сказали, что ремонт продлится одну неделю, но уже две недели прошло, и СПА-зона все еще не работает. Мы обратились к девушкам-администраторам с вопросом, как такое возможно, что мы приобрели абонемент и сейчас не можем им пользоваться. Мы предложили решить этот вопрос, возможно, приостановить срок действия абонемента до окончания ремонта или другим способом, но они просто не понимали нашего беспокойства. Такая ситуация просто отвратительна. Я абсолютно не рекомендую эту гостиницу. Если кто-то приезжает в гостиницу на пару недель, а в самый разгар туристического сезона им не предоставляют уже оплаченные услуги, это говорит о плохой организации этой гостиницы.
