    Очень неприятный опыт. Хотела купить лосьон для тела, и так как он не был упакован, просто открыла крышку, чтобы почувствовать запах. В ответ получила враждебную реакцию — сотрудники начали кричать на меня без всякой причины. Когда я вежливо спросила, есть ли тестер, мне резко ответили «нет» и продолжили вести себя грубо.

    Такого нелепого и агрессивного отношения я ещё нигде не встречала. Вдобавок, три женщины, работавшие в магазине, смеялись и вели себя крайне непрофессионально. После такого желания покупать что-либо там не осталось вовсе. Категорически не рекомендую — неуважение к клиенту на высшем уровне.
