One word: disappointing. Showed up to get new lenses set in my frames, ended up with a scratched, drilled mess of my old ones. Not cool.

За что вы так со старыми линзами?! Оставила свои очки в оптике, чтобы вставить новые линзы, а старые мне испортили. Специалист решил просверлить их без моего согласия, уверяя, что это необходимо для установки новых. Если бы мне они ещё были нужны? Теперь ещё одну пару придётся делать. Очень разочарована таким подходом.

Очки из этого места работают чудеса — головные боли как рукой сняло. Только вот обслуживание слегка хромает: пришлось немного перетерпеть и подождать утром, пока ребята отворят двери. Зато цены вполне приемлемые, и можно быстро забрать. Солнцезащитные тоже тут приглядел, но уходовых средств тогда не было — надеюсь, что в следующий раз повезет больше.
