Настоящее разочарование. Когда ребенок просится в туалет, ты ожидаешь, что детский магазин окажет поддержку. Здесь же нам вежливо, но твердо отказали. Малыш плакал, а я клянусь, что ноги моей больше не будет в этом месте. Вряд ли здесь понимают, что значит быть дружелюбными к детям и их родителям. Лучше пройти мимо, нежели столкнуться с таким бездушием.

Магазин совершенно не приспособлен для маленьких детей. Ребенку пять лет срочно потребовалось в туалет, но нам отказали в доступе к уборной. Мы пытались уговорить персонал в течение нескольких минут, но безрезультатно. Нам предложили искать альтернативу где-то поблизости. Такое отношение недопустимо, учитывая, что дети частые посетители. Лучше обходите это место стороной, так как никакие покупки не стоят детских слез и неудобств.
