So I go in to buy a laptop and the staff’s more than happy to help me pick one out. They throw in suggestions for extras like a mouse and bag, but not a single mention of tax free. Clearly, from my passport, I'm not a local, so it makes sense I'd be leaving Georgia. It's ridiculous that they don't remind you about the tax refund. In the end, I missed out on that refund and I'm super disappointed. With the high prices of the tech, they should be more considerate at the checkout.

Как обидно! Купил ноутбук, а про важную деталь забыли сообщить. Да, выбор отличный, персонал вежлив. Но как можно не упомянуть про возможность вернуть налог? Видно же по паспорту, что я иностранный покупатель. Вроде такие мелочи, но настроение испортили.

Но как-то подтвердить планы покупки в этом райском уголке техники и электроники помешала сонливость сотрудников: они где-то тут, но никто особо не торопится помочь. Без особых эмоций, но справедливости ради, ассортимент порадовал.
