İçecekler paralı. Az parayla işleri götürmeye çalışıyorlar. Yanlış olmasına rağmen oyunu bırakıp içki ücreti ödemeye gittim. Hem de bunu bile beceremiyorlar. Sonunda paramı iade alıp çıktım. Üç beş kuruş peşinde bir yer. Düşünün, 20 lari içki parasını bahşiş bıraktım. Beş para etmez bir mekan. Ortam rezalet. Her şeyiyle güvensiz, müzik yok, karanlık, çalışanlar sadece para derdinde.

Исключительно негативный опыт в данном казино в Батуми. Организовали фуршет в честь розыгрыша билетов, мы вложили около 100 лари, поиграли, сдали билеты и присоединились к фуршету. Однако по завершении розыгрыша, когда мы решили покинуть заведение, охранник утверждал, что мы в скором времени будем внесены в черный список, поскольку мы, якобы, не играли, а пришли только поесть бесплатно. Мы пытались объяснить, предложив проверить билеты и активность наших карт, но нас проигнорировали. Кажется, что здесь сработал личный антипатичный настрой, что абсолютно несовместимо с хорошим клиентским сервисом. Не рекомендую это место.

This casino in Batumi leaves much to be desired. At the ticket raffle event, we invested about 100 GEL, played, and then took part in the buffet. However, at the end of the draw, the security guard informed us that we were on the short list, claiming that we only came to eat, although we actively participated in the games. Apparently, we were included in the emergency situation for personal reasons, which contradicts the principles of good customer service. I don't recommend this place after hearing that similar things happen to other visitors.
