    Хотел купить супруге украшение по особому случаю, но был неприятно удивлён. Продавец была занята видеозвонком и совсем не обращала на нас внимания. Пытались получить помощь на грузинском, английском и русском, но безуспешно. Украшения толком не показали, и было ощущение, что продавца совершенно не заботит наша покупка. Такое отношение к клиентам вызывает только разочарование.

    Простояла полчаса с маленьким ребёнком, но все вокруг получали внимание продавца, кроме меня. Когда спросила, собираются ли меня обслужить, получила грубый ответ о том, что продавец занята. Ужасное отношение! В итоге ушла в соседний магазин и потратила там 500 лари.
