    Удобное расположение рядом с морем. Красиво. Цены не запредельные. В номере комфортно. Хорошее место для проживания.

    Здание снаружи выглядит впечатляюще, а лифты внушают доверие. Однако, внутри все иначе. Апартаменты грязные, уборка проводится формально и редко. За уплаченные деньги ожидаешь чистоты или хотя бы честного предупреждения о состоянии жилья. Мебель старая, сантехника требует ремонта — сломан кран в душевой, отсутствует дверца. Кухня неухоженная, посуда старая и неудобная, готовить нормально невозможно. Постельное белье и полотенца старые, не соответствуют размерам кроватей и покрыты пятнами. Во время дождя ощутим сильный запах из канализации. Обращение к хозяину за помощью результата не дало: проблемы не решены, кран остался в боковом положении, как предложил хозяин. Проживание в этих апартаментах разочаровывает.

    Очень приветливый хозяин, спасибо, Лаша. Великолепный вид на море, всё как и обещано. Весьма чисто и тихо. До бульвара всего 30 метров.
