Thought I found a good place in Batumi to grab some kitchen tools, but left disappointed. Bought a rolling pin, got home, and discovered a deep crack hidden under the packaging. Returned the next day to explain and request an exchange, but they turned me down. Frustrating to pay for faulty items.

Everything's alright with prices and products, but figuring out when it’s actually open? A puzzle! Sign says "Open" but out of 5 attempts, only twice did it let me in. Mysterious, to say the least. 🤷♀️

Ох, этот магазин. Трижды бегала к нему — всегда "открыто", а двери на замке. Времени потратила кучу, настроение испортилось напрочь. Кому нужно это шаманство? Лучше бы уже режим работы повесили. 👎

Категорически разочарована этим магазином. Невыносимо обидно купить вещь и обнаружить, что она бракованная, а потом еще получить отказ в обмене. Продавать товар с такой трещиной — это уже не просто ошибка, а неуважение к своим клиентам. Больше сюда ни ногой.
