Здание выглядит впечатляюще. Но в то же время охрана на каждом шагу создаёт ощущение чрезмерной строгости. Для такого красивого места хотелось бы больше свободы и возможности насладиться архитектурой без постоянного взгляда в спину.

ეს მშვენიერი და ორიგინალური შენობა ბათუმში დაარსდა 1937 წელს იტალიურ სტილში. თავდაპირველად აქ ფუნქციონირებდა ტროპიკული ინსტიტუტი და მალარიის საწინააღმდეგო სადგური. 1952 წელს შენობა პირველ საავადმყოფოდ იქცა, ხოლო 2012-2019 წლებში აქ ხელოვნების სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი მოქმედებდა. 2019 წელს ეს ადგილი აჭარის უმაღლესმა საბჭომ დაიკავა. თითქმის საუკუნეა, რაც ეს განსაცვიფრებელი არქიტექტურა ამშვენებს ჩვენს ქალაქს.
