The House of Justice in Batumi is a multifunctional center offering a wide range of public and private legal services. Working under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice, we strive to provide quality services on a one-stop-shop basis.
Our services cover the following areas:
- Legal advice and registration services
- Issuance of electronic ID cards and passports
- Registration of property, births and minors
To ensure efficient and convenient customer service, the space of the House of Justice is divided into three main zones:
- Self-service zone: automated systems for self-purchase of services;
- Quick service zone: services that usually take no more than 5 minutes;
- Long-term service area: for more complex services that require more time.
We pride ourselves on our customer-focused atmosphere and strive to minimize wait times through an integrated electronic queue management system. Information banners and signs in the hall help customers easily navigate the space.
Daily statistics and goals:
- More than 20,000 customers, including local and foreign citizens, visit our branches throughout Georgia.
- More than 450 government services are available.
- Our goal is to constantly expand and improve the services we offer for maximum convenience and comfort of our clients.
