Администратор — это лицо клиники, да? Тогда почему мне пришлось сидеть на чемодане с детскими вещами, ожидая своей очереди, в то время как чей-то ребенок носился в трусах по залу? Записался через инстаграм, пришел вовремя, а меня смотреть даже не хотят. Как выяснилось, ожидание в полчаса — это нормально… оказывается, еще минут двадцать. Ну что ж, я ушел не дождавшись своей процедуры. Хотя внешне вроде всё прилично, но такой клиентский сервис — это просто провал.
