    The store charmed me at first glance, perfectly organized shelves that seemed to promise paradise for beauty enthusiasts like me. However, the service left me puzzled. Staff appeared indifferent and not particularly eager to help or provide recommendations. One of my questions about a product ingredient was met with a shrug.
