So far I have visited this place only once to have a general blood test and paid 15 GEL. Overall, I am satisfied - the result was ready the very next morning. It is important to note that the analysis was provided in both Georgian and English. I also found out about the availability of doctors in this clinic and the cost of an appointment is 80 GEL. I haven't made an appointment yet, but left it in my plans.

We encountered serious problems in organizing an appointment at a medical institution. We arrived with the children at 10:00, but despite this, there were already six people in front of us. To our regret, we got into the office only after 13:00. During the first hour and a half, the line into our office did not move forward, the numbers on the board did not change, although other patients were constantly entering and leaving the office. The first-come, first-served system proved to be ineffective because appointments could have been timed to avoid long waits and the risk of infection from other patients.
Slow appointment times have been attributed to a variety of factors, such as doctors being distracted by personal phone calls, interacting with familiar patients, and aimlessly moving around the office. It may be worth considering introducing more efficient methods of organizing appointments and managing doctors' time.
It is difficult to express an opinion regarding the quality of medical services, but organizational problems in reception do exist.
