    Атмосфера здесь в целом нормальная. Однако есть недостатки: стулья в читальных залах довольно неудобные, а двери в туалетах не запираются. Зато в читальных залах спокойно, и там много розеток у столов, так что удобно приходить с ноутбуком.

    Библиотека работает ежедневно, как указано на табличке у входа. Она небольшая, и я не заметил указателей на иностранных языках. На здании снаружи указан только номер 51, что создаёт впечатление, будто адрес - проспект Мемеда Абашидзе, 51. Однако, по всем доступным сайтам и в Facebook, адрес значится как улица Важа-Пшавела, 21. Снаружи есть небольшая зона отдыха.
