    Отделение хорошее, работает дольше других. Было два визита, и оба раза возникли трудности с языковым барьером. В первый раз сотрудница говорила по-русски, но не уверенно, пришлось прибегнуть к переводчику. В другой раз общение сразу велось на английском, так как сотрудница совсем не говорила по-русски. В воскресенье вечером (в 20:00) выяснилось, что перевыпуск карты не доступен, предлагают прийти в другой день. Похоже, не все услуги доступны в выходные.

    Ужасное место. Пришёл сюда в десять вечера, с важным вопросом, а они уже не работают! Время на сайте одно, а в жизни другое. Полный бардак. Не советую.
