    Ужасное обслуживание. Пришли за десять минут до закрытия, дверь была открыта, но сотрудница отказалась нас принять. На двери были указаны другие часы работы. Нам нужно было всего лишь узнать о наличии денег на новом счете, но получили отказ.

    Открыл счет в этом отделении. Заявку утвердили и документы обработали в тот же день. Менеджер был вежлив и добросовестен. Днем обычно длинные очереди, но утром было пусто. Все прошло отлично.

    Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, кассиры работают крайне медленно. Обслуживание одного клиента занимает порядка получаса, что совершенно неприемлемо.
