    Простояв почти час только ради одного денежного перевода, я была крайне разочарована. Из-за долговременной неорганизованности и некомпетентности сотрудников, остальные клиенты просто уходили. Это явно сигнализирует о необходимости лучшего обучения персонала. Важно ценить время клиентов.

    Не могу сказать, что все прошло гладко. Зашел в отделение, а мне отказали в открытии счета по причинe, из-за которой я впредь дважды подумаю, стоит ли снова обращаться сюда. Вежливость на уровне, но пользы мне это не принесло.
