    Удивилась, что в таком крупном банке нет таких простых и нужных вещей. Не ожидала такого в Батуми. Хотелось бы видеть больше удобств для клиентов. Обслуживание нормальное, персонал вежливый, но это не компенсирует отсутствие важных вещей. Надеюсь, руководство услышит пожелания клиентов и исправит ситуацию.

    Разочарование от обмена валюты. Курс на табло и то, по какому курсу действительно меняют деньги, не совпадают. Кроме того, округляют суммы в меньшую сторону, словно это в порядке вещей. В следующий раз лучше воспользуюсь услугами другого места.
