The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and cleanliness seemed to be an afterthought. The baker was smoking and handling cash and dough with bare hands, which made me question hygiene standards. On more than one occasion, I received smaller, undercooked shoti, possibly because I communicated in English. Feels like a place with potential that misses the mark on customer care and consistency.

Крайне неприятный опыт. Грязь на каждом шагу, пекарь не стесняется курить и трогать хлеб голыми руками. Я часто остаюсь без должного качества и размера продукта просто потому, что говорю по-русски. Не рекомендую.

Ожидания были велики, но реальность чуть подкачала. Да, шоти здесь действительно приятный: нежный, воздушный, напоминает чиабатту. Однако, кое-где корочка была пережаренной и горчила. Немного испортило удовольствие от свежего салата, с которым собирался его съесть. Может, просто не повезло с выпечкой в этот день, но осадок остался. Надеюсь, такие промахи редкость.
