Restaurant-bar "Lounge Area 26"

A fantastic spot for unwinding. Beautiful decor paired with pleasant tunes. The food is consistently delicious. The kids behaved like they usually do in any resort, but they had a great time here. I also really liked the lodge ❤️ The prices are amazing 🔥.

I have no complaints about this place, though I've only been there twice.

ужасное место. Никогда туда не вернусь и никому не рекомендую. Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего: 1. Удобных мягких кресел не хватает, помощь в их перемещении отсутствует (всё сам). 2. Приходится долго ждать. 3. Персонал абсолютно невнимателен — отказались убрать грязный стол, несмотря на просьбу. 4. Капучино принесли без сахара, пока не подошёл и не попросил, сахар так и не появился. 5. Цены в меню не соответствуют тем, что в чеке — на деле всё стоит дороже, что нарушает права потребителей. В чеке также была добавлена 15% комиссия за обслуживание. Это противоречит стандартам, где цена в меню должна включать все налоги и сборы.

This bar looks appealing from the outside, but the reality is disappointing. The service is terrible. It takes the staff around 30 minutes just to take your order. The prices are unreasonable; a 500ml Coca-Cola is 6 lari. They seem incapable of managing the place properly. The waiters move at a snail's pace. We asked for pizza and Khachapuri, but they served us 6 Khachapuri and no pizza. We spent 3 hours there, and as we were leaving, they started baking 25 pizzas. When we asked them to stop, they refused. It's a nightmare. Definitely not worth your time.

Eating here is so expensive, you'd think you need to sell your house first. A meal for just 3-5 people costs over 300 lari. The food isn't worth the price. Some dishes are okay, but others, like the carbonara, are terrible. Service is awful — I had to wait 15 minutes for a waiter. The place itself is nice and cozy, but that doesn’t make up for the bad experience.

ასეთი საშინელი მომსახურება ახლოს არ მინახავს. შევუკვეთე ბრინჯი ბოსტნეულით, მაგრამ მომიტანეს ღომი, და ბოსტნეულიც ვერ ვიპოვე. სოუსი მხოლოდ ბრინჯის პატარა ნაწილზე იყო. მიმტანის აგდებული დამოკიდებულება სულ რაღაც სხვა დონეზე იყო. ბაკურიანში, სადაც ამდენი დამსვენებელია, ასეთი სერვისი დაცინვაა. ერთი ვარსკვლავიც არ ეკუთვნით. არასდროს არ მიხვიდეთ აქ.

Friendly staff and delicious food.

I tried the Mexican Fries and Caesar salad, and they were absolutely delicious 😍👍🏻. The cappuccino, however, didn't quite meet my expectations; it was mostly foam and lacked a strong coffee taste 🙂.

Chilly atmosphere, constant noise, and missing items from the menu. The meat dish is mostly lacking meat, turning it into something entirely different.

Horrible service. They falsely claimed I didn't order some dishes, and the wait was so long that I chose to cancel my order. Even the tea was a letdown, as the water was dirty. I'm never going back.

Мое посещение ресторана-бара "Lounge Area 26" в Бакуриани, Грузия, оставило меня разочарованной. Обслуживание и общая атмосфера не соответствовали моим ожиданиям. Надеюсь, что заведение сможет улучшить свой сервис, чтобы создать более приятное впечатление у посетителей.

الأكل تأخر لساعة وطاقم العمل غير ودود والطعام سيء جداً. لا أنصح بالمطعم نهائياً.

Посещение Ресторан-бара 'Lounge Area 26' в Бакуриани стало для меня настоящим открытием. Атмосфера заведения наполнила вечер особенным шармом, и я остался впечатлен внимательным обслуживанием. Блюда, которые мне удалось попробовать, порадовали разнообразием и изысканным вкусом. Это место идеально подходит для того, чтобы провести время с друзьями или важными людьми. Определенно рекомендую 'Lounge Area 26' каждому, кто ищет уютную атмосферу и высокий уровень обслуживания в самом сердце красивой Грузии.

They seriously need a lesson in “customer service” because it seems like they have no clue what it means.

The service is very poor, and the portions are really small, although the food is quite tasty. Unfortunately, there's a noticeable bias against Gulf visitors. The place is not worth it.

Ужасное место, никому не рекомендую. Зря потраченное время. Блюда ждали больше 40 минут. Персонал совсем не заботится о качестве обслуживания. Заказали овощной суп, он был настолько пересолен, что зубы сводило. На вопрос, нормально ли это, ответили, что всё в порядке.

تجربة رائعة فاقت تصوري.

اكثر شي استمتعت فيه كان البطاطس المكسيكية، والمعكرونة بدون البيض النيء، وسلطة السيزر، بالإضافة إلى الصوص الوردي مع البطاطس.

المكان سيء للغاية ولا أوصي به. الطعام مروع.

المكان كان من المفترض أنه مفتوح حسب ما هو مكتوب على خرائط جوجل، لكنه كان مغلقًا. خيبة أمل كبيرة 👎🏻.

This place offers the worst service imaginable. The staff is incredibly rude. The cocktails we ordered were terrible, and they overcharged us three times the usual price. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Breathtaking view and a wonderful atmosphere paired with the best food I've tasted in Georgia.

The service leaves much to be desired, the staff seems sluggish and not particularly friendly. The food is overpriced, and after dining there, my friends and I felt unwell.
