Сердечность и внимание к деталям – вот что по-настоящему удивило в этом месте. Впечатлена заботой и чуткостью персонала. Кажется, как будто они могут читать мысли гостей и заранее знать, что нужно. Без душевности и вкусной еды, наверное, и половины удовольствия от посещения не получила бы. Особенно запомнилась уютная атмосфера зимой, когда возвращаешься с катка и наслаждаешься теплом и вкусом местной кухни. Визит оставил тёплое чувство благодарности и удовлетворения.

Не каждый день ощущаешь себя частью другой культуры через еду. В этом отеле блюда заставили моё сердце биться чаще — это как сделать кругосветное путешествие, не выходя за пределы отеля. Номер был чистым, а обслуживание — на высоте; особенно спасибо Ирине за внимание и дружелюбие. Уютно, спокойно, как дома. Рекомендую всем, кто ценит вкус и хорошее отношение.
