В апартаментах меня расстроило отношение персонала. Им кажется, что не всем гостям стоит уделять равное внимание. Был случай, когда я попросила дополнительную подушку, и мне ответили отказом, хотя через пару минут увидела, как соседу такую подушку любезно предоставили. Ощущение не из приятных. Очевидно, что сервис тут зависит от личных симпатий, что в наше время недопустимо. Кстати, сам номер был чистый и уютный, но этот момент с обслуживанием оставил неприятный осадок.
