    Ужасный опыт из-за безразличного персонала. Пока апартаменты радуют уютом и чистотой, сотрудники на ресепшен оставляют желать лучшего. Не смогли получить помощь в простой ситуации, даже не стали слушать. Это испортило впечатление от отдыха.

    The accommodation deserves 5 stars, but the reception only gets 2. When our ball landed on the balcony of apartment 42 on the second floor, we knocked, but there was no answer, even though someone was definitely inside. We asked the administration for help, but they just ignored us and stayed glued to Facebook. Perhaps it's because we’re kids—they looked at us twice and then continued to pay no attention, despite us speaking Georgian, which they understood. I can’t say for sure if they were intentionally ignoring us, but they didn't respond or seem to listen at all. Thank you for your attention.
