На подъёме к храму уже задумываешься: стоит ли усилий этот подъём по крутому склону? В храме есть что-то действительно древнее и завораживающее. Внутри стены украшены иконографией, но признаюсь честно, я ожидал чего-то большего. До этого посетил замок и он оставил куда более яркие впечатления. Храм хорош для короткой остановки, но не особо выделяется на фоне других достопримечательностей в Ахалцихе. Утомительный подъём заставляет задуматься, стоит ли вообще себя так напрягать ради него.

Beautiful church located near the castle, offering a lovely view. The walk to it is easy, but the path is open, so it's best to avoid during peak sun times.
