Путешествие порой приносит не только приятные воспоминания, но и неожиданные сюрпризы. Заселение оказалось сложным квестом, ожидание на улице – это явно не мечта туриста. Надо понять, что отель нуждается в улучшениях, особенно в плане мелочей, которые на первый взгляд кажутся не значительными, но на деле оказываются важными. Настойчиво советую владельцам обратить внимание на уборку и состояние номеров. Смешанные чувства остались от пребывания – хочется верить, что это было временное недоразумение.

Оказавшись там, сразу почувствовала себя как дома. Тепло и уют. Атмосфера невероятная, а какие там милые жители! Это место покорило меня своим душевным теплом и зелёной гармонией вокруг. Незабываемые эмоции, обязательно вернусь снова!

Место сложно найти. Приехали около 20:00, ничего не было готово. Пришлось ждать на улице 30 минут, пока хозяин быстро убирался, менял полотенца. Мы замёрзли всю ночь, и я потом несколько дней болел. Ставней нет, свет бьёт в глаза с рассветом. С друзьями арендовали три комнаты. Один из нас вынужден был залезать через окно, потому что сломалась дверная ручка, а починить не смогли. Воду в нашей комнате отключили, хотя мы ещё не уехали. Уборка оставляла желать лучшего — паутина в нескольких местах. Ручки душа перепутаны: горячая вода шла на «COLD», а холодная — на «HOT». В общем, всё было не так!

I faced the same issue mentioned in other reviews. The owner's phone was off. When I reached the place (which wasn’t easy), I messaged him through the booking site but got no response. Nobody answered the door. Thankfully, I managed to find somewhere else to stay. It was a complete waste of time.

The hosts are incredible, going above and beyond the renowned Georgian hospitality. They're genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent, using homemade or locally sourced ingredients. The garden's fruit trees provide cooling shade, making even the sunniest days comfortable. Highly recommend this spot. Laundry service is available for a small fee. My wife and I found it increasingly hard to leave. We promise to return. It's a small town, and the location is a short 6 to 9-minute leisurely walk from the marshrutka stop, situated in a serene and quiet area. Contrary to some comments, it's well-marked on Google Maps. Just use the satellite view and pay attention to the right side of the road, and you'll find it easily.

The rooms are spotless. The owners are friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely return. The location is easy to find, just head to the end of the street. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast there!

We booked a bed for a night, but the owners switched off their phone the day before we arrived. The place is so hidden that after an hour of searching using the booking map, we had to find accommodation elsewhere.
