Это место разочаровало до глубины души. Ощущение, будто время застыло где-то в прошлом веке. Кажется, что здесь забыли, что такое справедливость. Решения принимаются без особой заботы о последствиях. Не ожидала увидеть такое отношение к закону в столь красивом месте. Разочарование и недоумение — главные мои спутники здесь.

კადრების კვალიფიკაცია არასაკმარისია, ვერ მგონია, რომ ვინმე აქ მიღებული გადაწყვეტილებების შედეგებზე ფიქრობს. ისევ ძველ შეხედულებებზე ვართ, სადაც სამართალს პირადი კავშირები წყვეტს. რაც დავინახე და გადავაწყდი არის ის, რომ სასამართლო და აღსრულების ბიურო მხოლოდ კლიენტების ინტერესებს იცავენ და ხშირად კანონის დაცვით სხვა კანონს არღვევენ. ამ პრობლემებს არა მხოლოდ ამ ქალაქში, არამედ მთელ საქართველოში ვხედავდი, თუმცა მოველოდი, რომ მაინც ერთი ქალაქი იქნება, სადაც სიმართლეს და სამართალს ფასი ექნება.
