Disorganized management; they ignore emails and seem only interested in money. The medical school staff is very unprofessional, particularly the female staff, who lack basic communication skills. Surprisingly, the male staff is more efficient and polite. Many international students also struggle due to the lack of support via email, and when you visit in person, you're often told to come back later because they are on long breaks. It feels like they are more interested in gossiping than helping students.

They are not supportive with graduation requirements and might unnecessarily extend your semesters to extract more money. The dean is constantly changing, and it's almost impossible to meet them. Bribery seems to be an issue, and those with good connections fare better here. The educational quality is poor, with inadequate pay for doctors and improperly conducted practicals. For students from the Indian subcontinent, the practical exposure is so lacking that it might hinder your progress back home.

There's investment in non-essential things like a football field, but not in quality medical education or competent staff. Many staff members seem to work here just for the pay, displaying rudeness or ignoring student needs. Female staff are particularly problematic, leading to the suggestion that more men should be hired for their composure and dedication. The fees are not justified by the service and education provided. There's no accommodation provided, forcing students to find their own housing.

Think twice before considering this place. The issues need serious addressing before it's worth the time or money. Talk to current students before enrolling; don't make a hasty decision. Good luck.

This new university is fantastic, constantly enhancing both academic and administrative aspects. It's producing many skilled doctors who are obtaining licenses to practice medicine worldwide. The institution is on a positive path, and with each semester, my knowledge and confidence grow. I appreciate the international environment, where making friends with diverse cultural backgrounds is a major plus. The professors are very knowledgeable, and my overall experience has been very positive. I've also had some medical procedures at the university hospital and received professional and courteous care with excellent results.

Terrible. I scheduled an appointment with a specialist here several days in advance, only to arrive on time and be told, "He doesn't work here anymore. Call the same number you used and find out where he is now." The receptionist didn't even apologize. 👎

An educational institution with competent teachers and a supportive staff.

The administration is extremely unprofessional and never responds to messages. For international students, beware. They can't even organize basic online lessons. It took them three months to get me started.

Если грубость и безответственность имели бы лицо, это были бы они.

Теперь о профессорах. Строгость — это слабо сказано. Необоснованная строгость? Скорее, что-то на грани жестокости. Учёба превратилась в искусство уклонения от словесных нападок, а не в процесс получения знаний.

Теперь о финансах. Я потерял более 3000 фунтов, а кого это не касается? Университет. Никакой ответственности, никакого признания финансового хаоса, который оставил меня собирать осколки как умственно, так и финансово. Это выше всякого раздражения.

Даже когда мы объединялись, подавали петиции и буквально умоляли руководство помочь нам, это было всё равно, что разговаривать со стенкой. Нас просто бросили одних, и это было горькое разочарование.

Но самое неприятное — я не один в этой ситуации. Другие студенты проходят через тот же шторм. Мы создали собственную систему поддержки, потому что университет точно не поддержал нас.

Так что, если вы хотите учиться здесь, подумайте дважды, и я СЕРЬЁЗНО об этом. Подумайте о хаосе, отсутствии поддержки, финансовых потерях. Подумайте, хотите ли вы быть ещё одним студентом, оставленным в стороне.

An international university in Tbilisi, Georgia, where you can study medical science programs like MD or MBBS in English.

Avoid studying here at all costs. They are quick to take your money, but if you decide to leave, they will do everything to avoid giving you the refund you're entitled to. The atmosphere is appalling, and the staff's demeanor is equally poor. Mr. Saba and Giorgi in the finance department exhibit unprofessional behavior. It's absolutely dreadful. I am committed to informing everyone about this so-called 'university.'

This is a really great university! It's quite large and offers plenty of spaces for recreation and sports. There's a big library and study areas, as well as auditoriums. It even has its own hospital. Overall, it's a good place for education, although the tuition fees are a bit higher than average. Still, a fantastic experience overall.

My niece applied to this university but couldn't secure a visa, so she asked for a refund of her deposit. They approved it in September 2022, yet the money still hasn't been returned despite many reminders and emails. This clearly shows a lack of integrity and very poor management. For anyone considering studying in Georgia as an international student, do NOT waste your time or money at this place! The management is terrible, and it's utterly mismanaged. The staff ignores emails. The exams office is indifferent to any health problems you might have. All classes are conducted online, even the exams! Until the fourth year, second semester, I barely had any practical experience. It's been the most stressful and painful ordeal of my life. I believe it's a complete sham! Seriously consider better options before you pay to study here!

Some staff members are pleasant, but others are really unpleasant. They have a narrow perspective, they're rude, and they only see things from their limited view. Lana is the most arrogant person I've ever met — egotistical, disrespectful, controlling, unprofessional, and inefficient. She manipulates your education to suit her whims.

Очень плохая администрация. Женщина на ресепшене никогда ничего не знает, каждый раз говорит "я не знаю". На электронные письма никто не отвечает. Люди здесь не относятся серьёзно к своей работе. Студентам не разрешают встретиться с деканом или ректором. Большинство из нас даже не знают, кто такой декан. Им важна только популярность и деньги. Они специально заваливают студентов.

Очень плохо. Никому нет дела до проблем, технические неполадки постоянны. Сотрудники совершенно не настроены общаться, их нужно уговаривать, чтобы тебя выслушали. Учебный план меняют каждый семестр и сразу для всех студентов. На письма не отвечают, а если и отвечают, то говорят, что это не их работа. Более 400 студентов перевелись в другие заведения за один семестр! Большинство отзывов с пятью звездами либо написаны три года назад, либо оставлены грузинами, которые даже не обучаются здесь.

This university is expanding quickly and offers great support to help students succeed, thanks to its top-notch infrastructure. The professors are exceptional and focus on encouraging students to be independent and enhance their problem-solving skills. However, the issue is with the customer service department. The staff there often lacks cultural sensitivity, doesn't respond promptly, and struggles with English. Some displayed ethnocentric and racist attitudes, but the HR team is making improvements by hiring more open-minded and intelligent employees. Aside from this major issue, it is an excellent place to earn a degree.

The academic system is decent, but the management and staff are just chaotic.

Академия в Грузии просто ужасна. Вместо обучения — сплошное вымогательство. Качество образования оставляет желать лучшего. Иностранных студентов, особенно из Индии, здесь сильно дискриминируют.

The management staff is extremely irresponsible and doesn’t really teach. Their mistakes can even cause you to fail a subject. In terms of education, the theoretical knowledge provided is good, but practical experience varies depending on your teacher. Still, it's better than many other universities in Tbilisi.

Excellent educational and sports opportunities.

Foreign students, avoid this place! It's the worst university. A few lecturers are decent, but they purposefully fail students in clinical courses to charge extra fees. They constantly change rules and fees during the program, forcing compliance. Transferring to another university from here is a nightmare. Their focus is entirely on money. Steer clear of this extortion center.

The teachers are competent. However, the management leaves much to be desired, and the hospital practice is ineffective. There are no check-ups for children during pediatrics practicals, and gynecology lacks proper guidelines. There is no interaction with real patients, and the surgery training is mostly theoretical, with few practical experiences. The three-star rating is solely for the quality of the tutors.

Ужасно организовано. Их интересует только привлечение иностранных студентов, а потом просто бросают вас. Здание недостроено, но преподаватели были неплохими и дружелюбными. Обидно, что сказали, что могу прилететь через неделю после начала семестра.

This is the second largest university in Tbilisi, offering programs in medicine and law. The lecturers are very approachable and treat each student with friendliness. All necessary facilities are provided, and cultural events and game competitions are regularly held. The campus is located in a tranquil area.
