We arranged a private car tour that was supposed to include Kazbegi, but during the trip, we were informed that it wasn't part of the itinerary unless we visited the church and took a jeep up there. The main frustration was that Kazbegi was advertised as part of our package, but we never got to visit. Initially, the booking agent was polite, but when we brought up our concerns, they became rude and dismissive. Our guide, however, was outstanding and professional. The biggest issue was the misleading communication and how poorly our feedback was handled. Overall, the experience was disappointing, with significant downsides outweighing any positives.

Sally was fantastic in assisting us with choosing the tours. Everything promised was fulfilled. The tours were worth every penny. The mini buses were comfy, and the guides knew their stuff. A special shoutout to Jimmy Jemal on the Kakheti wine tour; he kept us engaged throughout. I’d happily travel again with them.

За неделю мы успели посетить четыре экскурсии, и каждая была незабываемой. Нас сопровождали три разных гида, каждый из которых подарил нам свою уникальную палитру эмоций. Нана погрузила в историю Грузии, Левон рассказал о старом Тбилиси, а Михо поразил многогранностью своего юмора. Мы пробовали кахетинское вино, сами пекли ароматный шоти, любовались величественными горами и погружались в историю страны. Уезжая, мы были окрылены и влюблены в Грузию. Если хотите действительно почувствовать эту страну, смело отправляйтесь сюда за новыми эмоциями.

They have a guide named Him agaHe who is both professional and friendly. He presents information in a very clever way. I highly recommend taking a tour with him.

Я выбрала четыре тура: по Тбилиси, Мцхете, Казбеги и винный тур по Кахетии. Организация, транспорт и гиды были на высоте. Все четыре дня были невероятно интересными. Три экскурсии длились по 10-12 часов, но каждая минута стоила того. Я наслаждалась красотой страны, её историей и восхитительными людьми. Обязательно рекомендую всем. Буду советовать друзьям обратиться именно туда, где работает Саломэ. Цены тоже приятно удивили своей демократичностью.

I booked a tour to Kakheti, and it was a disaster. Our bus was switched without explanation, and we ended up in a mixed group with travelers from other companies who paid less. The tour didn't include the promised bread, cheese, and wine tasting at our last stop. We also had only 30 minutes in Sighnaghi because we returned to Tbilisi early. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company or agent to anyone.
