I had an amazing guide who showed me everything in the country in a wonderful way. I went on the trip with Edgar, and it was absolutely fantastic. We visited places like Old Tbilisi, Gudauri, the Caucasus Mountains, Borjomi, Bakuriani, and Batumi. I really liked the itinerary. The experience was very enjoyable and comfortable for me and my family. Thank you so much for making sure we enjoyed the journey and remembered this lovely country. I was initially doubtful about using them since we were coming from Dubai and didn't have any prior knowledge of the agency. However, I was pleasantly surprised by our wonderful trip to Georgia on February 25th. The itinerary was customized to our needs, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed journey with a stay of three nights in Tbilisi and two nights in Gudauri. Before the trip, we received all necessary information including our schedule and guide's contact details. Everything proceeded smoothly without any mix-ups, making our tour stress-free and reasonably priced. A standout feature was our guide and driver, Mr. Levan. His friendly demeanor ensured we felt cared for. He was patient, answering all our questions about Georgian culture and cuisine. He took us to excellent restaurants and helped us choose authentic local dishes. He was always punctual, courteous, and made sure we traveled safely. The reason for the four-star rating is the hotel in Gudauri (Edelweiss), which didn't meet our expectations, and the additional service charge for online transactions. Despite these small issues, the service was top-notch overall.

Judi Travel is unsafe company, unsafe drivers and company management.

I appeal to all who cooperate or intend to cooperate with Judi Travel, a travel company based in Georgia.

Recent occurrences involving this companys clients compel me to share deeply troubling information.
Throughout my career within the tourism sector, I have encountered various challenges. However, the experiences of Judi Travels clients surpass acceptable boundaries.

I am referring to systematic breaches of ethical conduct and safety protocols.
Specifically, numerous complaints have surfaced regarding the companys drivers.

Furthermore, the companys management displays a complete disregard for these occurrences, having been aware of this drivers. Despite repeated requests, the companys owners have failed to address this issue and safeguard their reputation.

I strongly advise all who value their reputation and the safety of their clients to avoid cooperation with Judi Travel.
