Оператор утверждает, что запись есть, но это неправда. При расторжении контракта удерживают 20% от суммы страховки. В итоге, потерял 500 лари и так и не смог воспользоваться услугами.

There seems to be a limited number of call center staff who are familiar with the systems, and some of them have limited English proficiency. Although I had to make several calls for clarification due to confusing app instructions, they performed better in some ways than their competitors. They don't charge extra fees for foreigners, unlike many others. I have policies with them and other companies for my children. I would recommend this insurer to my friends if they continue meeting our expectations.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR HEALTH INSURANCE. I cannot speak for their other services, but my experience with health insurance was terrible. I paid for a year to cover my family, and when my 14-month-old baby got sick, they did nothing for five days. I had to take him to the emergency room myself, and he stayed in the hospital for five days due to an infection. Initially, the hospital contacted the company, and they promised to cover all expenses. However, on the day of discharge, I was shocked to learn that they had canceled my policy. When I called, they blamed a technical problem, but it turned out that my policy was indeed canceled a week after activation. When I requested a refund, they deducted a month's premium plus an extra 20%. I have all the documents, emails, and even a letter from the hospital confirming everything. Even the hospital staff was surprised that they approved coverage until the last day.

This insurance policy for students is awful. Before signing the contract, they didn't tell me that only one clinic is available for private consultations. Now they say there's just one clinic, and it's very far away. I definitely wouldn't recommend this, especially for students. It feels like they're just taking money from customers. I won't be subscribing again and cannot recommend this service.
