Once you get familiar with the gym, it has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It's compact but well-equipped with all necessary machines. The staff are supportive and motivating. The machines are well-maintained, and there's a big mirror along with a TV featuring motivational music and videos. There's also a specific area for cardio workouts. The membership cost is affordable and even very cheap compared to other gyms. The on-site food and drug store is excellent and well-stocked. Overall, I would rate this gym 9 out of 10.

For the past three years, this has been the best gym I've ever been to. It's always such a welcoming place. Even if I live far away, I will keep coming back.

Honestly, it was a solid experience in my view. It does what it needs to do. Edit: I want to emphasize that this is one of the top gyms in Tbilisi, and it's definitely worth visiting.

The trainers here are pretty good. They help you out, but if you want their full attention, you’ll need to pay extra to really hit your goals. The gym has decent equipment and the vibe is nice with some music playing. The monthly fee is 50-55 GEL, and you can visit as often as you want. It stays open until 11 PM. So, go ahead and make your life and body healthier 😜 ❤️‍🩹

The place truly lives up to its name. Old School. Simple, nothing flashy, and I really appreciated that. Everyone there is supportive and down-to-earth. The coach is experienced and offers guidance if you ask. As for the cost, it's a standard rate of 50 GEL.
