After the renovation, the gym has improved, but there are still shortcomings for a higher rating. The men's locker room is cramped and uncomfortably hot during summer, with most lockers either broken or missing locks. There's a terrible smell from the toilet, which mixes with cigarette smoke coming from the staircase—it's puzzling why smoking is allowed there. On the plus side, there’s a good selection of equipment, though not exactly modern, and plenty of treadmills. The price is fair: 10 GEL for a single visit or 80 GEL for 12 visits a month.

The fitness center offers plenty of perks. It's located right in the heart of the city—super convenient on the main street and just a two-minute walk from the subway. Easy to get to, thanks to its spot in a business center building. The equipment is in great condition, with a wide variety of machines targeting every muscle group. The cardio area is perfect for group classes and specialized workouts. The staff is wonderful—very attentive and always willing to help. The cleanliness is impressive, from the gym itself to the changing rooms. Though it might look small at first, the place is actually spacious with a fantastic vibe. No excuses for skipping workouts, no matter where you are! My last session there was smooth and uninterrupted. Totally recommended!

I'm taking off one star because the place could use a better renovation, and another because half of the equipment is outdated. Still, the other half is really nice. The receptionist is friendly and speaks English well. The air conditioning works fine, and the overall atmosphere is adequate. There's a slight toilet odor because the water discharge containers for the air conditioner are inside the gym area. However, the fact that there aren't many people in the evening is definitely a plus.

It's a compact, yet very pleasant spot for a workout. The gym is equipped with everything an average athlete might need. The only piece of equipment missing is an elliptical, which is actually quite important.
