I'm puzzled by the positive reviews. Here's what happened to me. I ordered a bathroom towel heater from a store twice, a British brand Carissa made in Turkey. The first time, it came about two weeks late, but since it was near the holidays, I let it slide. I got the size wrong, and they flatly refused to exchange or return it due to store policy set by the director. Not impressed, considering the store's high-end image, but I moved on. The real issue was with the second order. Placed it on July 11th and was promised delivery within a month and a half at most. By late September, there was no product and no updates. When I called, I got the runaround—every week, "maybe next week." If it's delayed, fine, but at least inform the customer. Finally, by the end of October, after three and a half months, it arrived with missing parts. They delivered it without mentioning the missing pieces. When I called, they admitted they knew but waited for me to find out. They said they'd order the missing parts via DHL, but two weeks later, they changed the story—they'd wait for a truck to be loaded in Turkey, which would take weeks. The whole thing is overpriced, the service is mediocre, communication is nonexistent, promises are broken, and it's poorly managed. It's best to avoid the hassle. I wouldn't go back.

This is a great place to visit if you're planning a renovation. The prices are reasonable and not as high as some reviews suggest. It's perfect if you're aiming for a modern design on a budget. The staff here is very responsible and helpful. The only downside is that many of the materials are from Turkey, not Italy as advertised.
