I brought in my husband's grandmother's broken glasses, and the craftsman Irakli kindly offered to examine them. He provided me with all the exact measurements needed for a replacement, including the DPP, completely free of charge! I then went down to select frames and found a similar style for 45 gel. The lenses cost 50 gel, and for an extra 5 gel, they were ready immediately. In just half an hour and for 100 gel, I had new glasses! There's also a 10% discount available for TBC Status or Solo users. Fantastic service, highly recommend!

The service was friendly but not helpful. The eye exam cost 20 GEL, and I wasn't informed about the price before I paid. They checked both eyes at once, which took just a minute. The assistant didn't tell me the lens diameter I needed, which was the main reason for my visit. They didn't have contact lenses in stock, so the assistant had to go to another store to get them. Card payment wasn't an option. While the woman working there was very nice, I definitely won't return.
